Our proven broodmares include four Lipizzaners, a Thoroughbred and a Quarter Horse. Two Lipizzaners are imported from the Marc Lipizzaner Breeding Centre in Slovenia and two are "Born in America." Our USA bred Lipizzans are approved for breeding by Dr. Oulehla, retired director of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. The Lipizzan mares exhibit excellent dressage conformation as this breed has been bred for dressage for over 425 years.
Our Thoroughbred Rex's Turn is Jockey Club registered and approved for breeding by Oldenburg North America (OLDNA) and American Holsteiner Horse Association (AHHA.)
Her daughter Keepawaye was approved 8/18/09 by ISR/OLDNA Main Mare Book. Meanwhile she is in training. This 2004 Thoroughbred filly is actually Oldenburg in that her sire is ISR approved and her dam is OLDNA Main Mare Book approved. We plan to keep her for a broodmare. Her sire Innkeeper is a Secretariat son who has raced, evented and shown dressage.
Our AQHA mare is National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) licensed and a retired reining competitor. She is 93.75% Foundation bred and FQHA registered.
